By placing an order (“Order”) for product (“Product”) online via www.lolavitahair.com or www.lolavitabeauty.com you are agreeing to pay the amount stated, subject to these terms. To select the products you would like to purchase, simply add them to your shopping basket and click the option to “Proceed to Checkout”. Once the required contact information, delivery address and payment details are entered correctly, click the option “submit your order” to finalize the transaction. An automated confirmation email will be sent out once payment has been accepted and confirmed and that your order is being processed.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.  All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.  You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for duties and taxes outside Nigeria. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.  This website and The Lolavita Private Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at Lolavita pride ourselves in our high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions and beauty products. As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are NOT allowed but if for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with our product, we would be most happy to accept exchanges for items purchased from us subject to the following;

• We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.
• We will not accept any return or exchange of any products where the sales receipt of the item purchased cannot be provided.
• All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
• We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.
• In the specific case where the products have been worn, styled, cut, or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products.

If any of the above conditions are NOT met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.

VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 72 hours of the invoice date.  All requests for exchanges, could be made online at info@lolavitabeauty.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

Exclusions of Warranties

The Lolavita Private Limited makes no representative or warranty regarding the good working order or condition of this website, its suitability for use, or that its use will be uninterrupted or error-free. All information or material provided in this website to you and without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness, quality, durability or suitability for any particular purpose, or non-infringement.
